We use only isolated proteins because they contain minimal lactose, no ash or other impurities commonly found in many other protein sources. By combining fast and slow releasing proteins you get a longer lasting release of amino acids which prevents muscle tissue breakdown. Only the highest quality ingredients are used, which means Lean Meal ™ does not contain gluten, high fructose corn syrup, whey concentrates or added maltodextrin. Lean Meal™ is made with less than 10mg of cholesterol and less than 1gm of sugar and lactose.
